Yes.. Sadly, the concert is over but the world is still yours to change. This is because as youth, the world is in our hands. You can make that difference only if you dare to try. Let’s all look forward to the next concert then. Meanwhile. Be sure to check this space out for any updates on how you can be part of this passionate and youthful group. Be it lectures, performance or any other means to create awareness. Events such as Friday Rendevzous, which takes place every Friday evening @Soka Youth Centre is definitely a great place to be in. Till we all gather together again.

This is the awesome souvenir each attendee received at our SD COnceRt ’07! It’s superb hand-made a fridge magnet that carries the meaning that: The World is in YoUr hAnDs and you, the youth of the 21st Century are the one who would change it for the better! When you change the world change! Within it contains 3 inspiring quotes by SGI President, Mr. Daisaku Ikeda, too! Kudos to all the harworking SD pOly students who came down over the past few dayz to make them!

::WHY?::
We want to incorporate a social theme into our concert this year.
This theme is based on the idea “The World is Yours’ to Change”,
taken off a book by Daisaku Ikeda. Using this theme, we want to:

• Raise awareness of social issues (both global and local) to our youths and
• Empower our youths to do something through their own actions
  to improve the situation
